BRENDAN DENEEN – CEO

With over two decades of experience in the publishing and film/TV industries, Brendan Deneen, our esteemed CEO, has played pivotal roles at William Morris, Scott Rudin Productions, Miramax, and more. He's a prolific editor, having led the New York Times-bestselling WALKING DEAD series. Brendan is also an accomplished author, with novels like THE NINTH CIRCLE and THE CHRYSALIS. He also has three Scout series and counting with ISLAND OF MISFIT TOYS, BONES OF THE GODS and TOTALITY.  Explore his Marvel novel, MORBIUS: BLOOD TIES, along with his bestselling NIGHT, NIGHT BABY GROOT picture book series.

JAMES HAICK III - PRESIDENT

James Haick III, our dynamic President, is the creative force behind SOLAR FLARE, THE MALL, LONG LIVE PRO WRESTLING, CODENAME RIC FLAIR and THIRD WAVE 99. With a keen eye for storytelling, he manages Scout’s HQ, sales, and marketing divisions, bringing his years of sales experience to the world of publishing and media.

LESA MILLER - COO (CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER)

Our COO, Lesa Miller, is not only a legal powerhouse with a Juris Doctor degree but also a skilled computer programmer and website designer. Co-founding successful law practices and managing commercial property, Lesa brings diverse expertise to Scout Comics, making her a key player in our leadership. Her and her husband's new comics, MISSION APPLESEED & COMMERCIAL SPACE, are hitting comic shops worldwide in 2024.

RICHARD RIVERA - EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT & PUBLISHER

As the Executive Vice President & Publisher, Richard Rivera brings his passion for comics to life. Based in Florida, he has created and spearheaded SCOOT, Scout's all-age division, and has written captivating series like STABBITY BUNNY, STABBITY EVER AFTER, WILD BULL & CHIPPER and SHADOW PLAY.

TRENT MILLER - GENERAL COUNSEL

Trent Miller, our General Counsel, is a seasoned litigator with nearly 25 years of experience. His love for comics dates back to childhood, and he now spearheads the Scout legal team, bringing his legal expertise to the world of graphic storytelling. 

MARCUS GUILLORY - HEAD OF DESIGN

Marcus Guillory, our Head of Design, combines his U.S. Marine background with graphic design expertise. With a focus on real estate, education, and small business sectors, he employs design and technology to advance Scout Comics' goals.

ANDREA LORENZO MOLINARI - EDITORIAL DIRECTOR

Dr. Andrea Lorenzo Molinari, our Editorial Director, brings a Ph.D. in ancient religious history and literature to Scout Comics. With a rich background in journalism and extensive experience editing diverse IPs, he ensures quality across our publications. He is the co-creator of the hit Scout series THE SHEPHERD.

NICOLE D'ANDRIA - DIRECTOR OF DIGITAL PUBLISHING

Nicole D'Andria, our Director of Digital Publishing, oversees Scout's digital content. An experienced editor and writer, Nicole's contributions extend beyond Scout to webcomics for Tapas Media and light novels for J-Novel. Her Scout horror/comedy series ROAD TRIP TO HELL is out now!
